Stylized Technique Classes
Classes dedicated to helping your child discover dance through technique, music, and socialization. Complementary styles are scheduled back to back to allow students to explore multiple styles. All classes within the level will perform in the same show in the June recital.

Add 1 class for 30% discount, 3rd class for 40% discount, 4th class for 50% discount; More chances to dance on the stage for the christmas & June recitals.

All DbD dancers are required to purchase shoes & tights from the dance studio.
Ballet Dress Code: Solid color leotard (skirt/tutu at discretion of teacher); pink tights & pink ballet shoes from studio; hair secured back in BUN
PBT Dress Code: Must wear convertible pink tights; black bike shorts can be worn during PBT but no skirts allowed.
Jazz Dress Code: Solid color leotard (skirt/tutu allowed, prefer attached); skin tone tights and skin tone jazz shoes from studio; black bike shorts or leggings can be worn over tights; hair secured up and back
Lyrical Dress Code: Solid color leotard (skirt/tutu allowed, prefer attached); skin tone tights and skin tone jazz shoes from studio; black bike shorts or leggings can be worn over tights; hair secured up and back
Acro Dress Code: Solid color leotard (NO skirt/tutu) with black bike shorts; CONVERTIBLE skin tone tights; hair secured up and back
Tap Dress Code: Solid color leotard (skirt/tutu allowed, prefer attached); skin tone tights and tan tap shoes from studio; black bike shorts or leggings can be worn over tights; hair secured up and back
Hip Hop Dress Code: Black Leotard OR black exercise top; BLACK leggings; tights or socks and sequin hip hop shoes from studio; hair secured up and back
Musical Theatre Dress Code: Solid color leotard (skirt/tutu allowed, NO shorts); skin tone tights and skin tone jazz shoes; hair secured up and back
No jewelry allowed; tights MUST be worn with any shorts; no midriffs to be shown
Boys Dress Code: solid color fitted tee, black fitted pants/leggings, black dance shoes
Dancers PERFORM IN THE DBD CHRISTMAS FESTIVAL AT THE NB CIVIC/CONVENTION CENTER
ALL SHINE CLASSES PERFORM IN SHOW 3, ALL SHINE & ILLUMINATE CLASS PERFORM IN SHOW 4, ALL ILLUMINATE CLASSES PERFORM IN SHOW 4 IN THE JUNE RECITAL AT THE TOBIN CENTER, SAN ANTONIO
“1” classes are taught to all levels, “2” & “3” & Illuminate classes are taught to the level of the most advanced dancers in the class and move at a quicker pace
